TESTIMONIALS POLICY

This Testimonials Policy applies to testimonials, reviews, comments, recommendations, statements, evaluations, experience stories, messages, posts, mentions, images, videos, audio, screenshots, or any other expression shared by clients, participants, users, collaborators, or third parties in connection with the services, workshops, mentoring sessions, training, presentations, events, materials, or content offered by Yolanda Mercado Fretts d/b/a AILERISE — hereinafter, “AILERISE,” “we,” or “our.”
This Policy establishes how AILERISE may receive, review, use, publish, edit, remove, or retain testimonials related to its services, seeking to ensure that their use is clear, honest, non-misleading, and in compliance with applicable law.
Nature of Testimonials
Testimonials reflect the individual experiences, opinions, or results of those who share them. Each testimonial represents the particular experience of the person who provides it and does not necessarily represent the experience of all of AILERISE’s clients, participants, or users.
Testimonials published by AILERISE do not constitute a guarantee, promise, representation, or assurance of specific results. Results derived from applying strategies, tools, exercises, materials, mentoring, training, workshops, or content offered by AILERISE may vary depending on individual circumstances, objectives, industry, available resources, level of participation, implementation, consistency, decisions, and execution by each person, business, or organization.
Truthfulness and Real Experience
AILERISE may use testimonials from people who have participated in, contracted, acquired, received, or interacted with services, content, materials, workshops, mentoring, training, events, or resources offered by AILERISE.
AILERISE does not authorize the use of false, invented, fabricated, or purchased testimonials, testimonials generated to simulate a nonexistent experience, testimonials generated by artificial intelligence to simulate a real experience, or testimonials attributed to people who have not had a real experience with AILERISE.
A person sharing a testimonial must ensure that their statement is honest, based on their real experience, and does not include false, misleading, defamatory, confidential, privileged, legally protected information, or information belonging to third parties without authorization.
AILERISE will not use testimonials in a way that creates a false or misleading impression, or one contrary to the real experience of the person sharing them.
AILERISE’s Use of Testimonials
When a person voluntarily shares a testimonial, review, comment, message, image, video, audio, screenshot, post, or expression related to AILERISE for purposes of publication, promotion, documentation, or presentation of its services, AILERISE may use, reproduce, publish, display, summarize, adapt, or disseminate it in physical or digital media.
Such media may include, without limitation, the website, social media, presentations, promotional materials, emails, proposals, advertisements, portfolio, educational materials, or any other medium related to the promotion, documentation, or presentation of AILERISE’s services.
AILERISE may use the name, initials, business name, profile image, title, industry, organization, voice, image, or any other identifiable data voluntarily included in the testimonial, provided that such use is reasonable, related to the testimonial shared, and does not materially alter the meaning of the original statement.
AILERISE may use complete testimonials or excerpts of testimonials, provided that the use of the excerpt does not create a false, exaggerated, misleading impression or one contrary to the original context of the statement shared.
A person who does not want their testimonial to be used, published, or identified must notify AILERISE in writing. AILERISE will make reasonable efforts to address the request, subject to technical, legal, contractual, administrative, or archival limitations that may apply.
Editing of Testimonials
AILERISE may correct spelling or grammatical errors, adjust formatting, summarize, trim, translate, adapt, or edit testimonials for purposes of clarity, length, design, accessibility, or presentation, provided that such editing does not materially alter the meaning, experience, opinion, or result expressed by the person who provided the testimonial.
AILERISE will not use edited testimonials in a way that creates a false, exaggerated, misleading, incomplete, or different impression from the experience originally communicated.
When a testimonial is summarized or partially presented, AILERISE will seek to preserve the general meaning of the original statement and avoid the excerpt used generating a materially different interpretation.
Testimonials on Social Media and External Platforms
Testimonials, reviews, comments, tags, mentions, or posts made on social media, third-party platforms, forms, websites, applications, or external services may also be subject to the privacy policies, terms of use, and practices of such platforms.
AILERISE does not control and assumes no responsibility for the independent practices of external platforms, including how such platforms display, moderate, store, delete, distribute, or index testimonials, reviews, or comments.
Requests for Removal, Modification, or Anonymization
A person who has shared a testimonial may request in writing that AILERISE remove, modify, anonymize, or stop using that testimonial in future materials.
AILERISE will evaluate the request reasonably and may remove, modify, or anonymize the testimonial when feasible.
However, AILERISE does not guarantee the immediate or absolute removal of materials already published, shared, printed, distributed, archived, indexed by search engines, replicated by third parties, or incorporated into materials that cannot be reasonably modified.
A request for removal, modification, or anonymization will not necessarily affect prior uses made in good faith before the request was received or processed.
Unauthorized or Inappropriate Testimonials
AILERISE reserves the right not to publish, to remove, limit, or moderate testimonials, reviews, comments, or expressions that, in its reasonable discretion, are false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, obscene, contrary to law, contrary to morality or public order, invasive of third parties’ privacy, in violation of intellectual property rights, irrelevant, promotional of third parties, duplicated, manipulated, or incompatible with this Policy.
AILERISE may also refrain from publishing or may remove testimonials that contain confidential, sensitive, privileged, financial, student, third-party personal information, or any other legally protected information, when it reasonably understands that publication may create a legal, reputational, ethical, or privacy risk.
The publication of a testimonial by AILERISE does not imply that AILERISE adopts, certifies, or validates all the statements, opinions, interpretations, or personal conclusions of the person who provided it.
Results and Expectations
Testimonials related to AILERISE’s services may reference individual experiences regarding clarity of ideas, content organization, use of artificial intelligence tools, message development, content creation, digital communication, strategic planning, education, training, mentoring, productivity, or application of strategies learned.
Such testimonials reflect particular experiences and should not be interpreted as typical, guaranteed, or expected results for any person, business, brand, institution, or organization.
AILERISE does not guarantee that the use or application of its services, materials, workshops, mentoring, training, strategies, tools, examples, or general recommendations will produce specific results, such as immediate mastery of artificial intelligence tools, automatic creation of effective content, automatic improvement in communication, automatic increase in visibility, greater reach, positioning, virality, or any other particular outcome.
Results will depend on various factors, including the objectives of each person, business, or organization, their industry, audience, level of participation, implementation, consistency, available resources, prior experience, strategic decisions, and execution following the service received.
Each person, business, or organization is responsible for evaluating the information received, applying what was learned according to their particular circumstances, and seeking additional professional advice when deemed necessary.
Privacy and Personal Data
Testimonials may contain personal information or identifiable data of the person sharing them. AILERISE will handle such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, as applicable.
It is recommended not to include confidential, sensitive, privileged, financial, student, third-party, or other legally protected information in testimonials, unless the person has the corresponding authorization and understands that such information could be published.
When a testimonial includes personal data of third parties, the person sharing it acknowledges that they must have the corresponding authorization before disclosing such information to AILERISE or allowing its publication.
AILERISE may anonymize, limit, edit, or remove personal information included in a testimonial when it deems it necessary to protect the privacy of the person sharing it, of third parties, or of AILERISE itself.
Changes to This Policy
AILERISE reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Testimonials Policy at any time, in accordance with changes to its services, business practices, legal requirements, platforms used, or operational needs.
The current version will be available on the website or through the means AILERISE determines.
