This Legal Disclaimer and Notice RegardingEducational Content applies to all participation, interviews, publications, videos, live broadcasts, podcasts, conferences, collaborations, informational segments, articles, appearances in digital media, social media, radio, television, print media, workshops, mentoring sessions, training, presentations, events, or any other public or private medium in which Yolanda Mercado Fretts d/b/a AILERISE — hereinafter, “AILERISE,” “we,” or “our” —, its resources, representatives, collaborators, or authorized personnel participate.
For purposes of this Disclaimer, any reference to “content” will include information, general opinions, examples, explanations, educational recommendations, comments, visual materials, publications, responses, interviews, conversations, strategies, tools, exercises, presentations, digital resources, or expressions shared by AILERISE, its resources, representatives, collaborators, or authorized personnel.

Questions, comments, or interactions made in posts, interviews, live broadcasts, podcasts, videos, social media, workshops, mentoring sessions, training, or public platforms may be addressed in a general, educational, or informational manner.

Severability
If any provision of this Legal Disclaimer is declared invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, agency, or forum with competent jurisdiction, such determination will not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable Law
This Legal Disclaimer will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, when applicable, the applicable federal laws.
